“Wanting is power.”
That is one of the many learnings that Cambridge Weight Plan left me.
My name is Paco and I had always been a person who struggled to find an eating regimen that suited my daily needs, since due to time issues I never had the opportunity to eat correctly, at their respective schedules and measuring the quantities of what I ate at each meal.
When I learned about Cambridge Weight Plan, my routine took a 180 degree turn, since I learned to eat correctly, and most importantly, I always had the professional support of my Health Coach.
She gave me the necessary attention when I needed it and was the one who accompanied me during this great process of success.
I admit that at first I struggled to adapt to the plan, since I was used to eating outside of hours and the first thing I saw in a store or restaurant was what I ate. However, little by little I adapted to each of the meals that were marked in my plan.
Shortly after, I started exercising, which was another great complement that made the weight loss process faster because that way I lost fat and gained muscle.
How did my life change? It changed her in every way! Now I feel happier about how I look, how others perceive me, but above all, how my physical health has improved considerably after losing 25 kilos in 3 months.
