Story
After having my children I became very careless. I ate what I wanted without realizing the harm it was doing to me. My daily “diet” consisted of carbohydrates and a lot of sugar. I didn’t know how to eat. I didn’t pay attention to what was entering my body.
I was very overweight and I was always tired, I was always sleepy, I had no energy, I had a headache. They were little things so they just accumulated.
I wanted to feel good about myself, I wanted to look good, I wanted to love myself. That’s very important because he didn’t love me.
The truth is that it was very difficult for me to follow a diet, to follow a plan because I really like to eat. But thanks to my friends I was able to discover Cambridge Weight Plan.
So far I have lost 24 kilos. Although perseverance was something very difficult for me, however, thanks to my willpower I achieved it.
After a week doing the Cambridge process, I got used to it. I lost my desire to consume sugar daily.
By doing the Cambridge method, things improved by focusing on me. The first thing I noticed was in my digestion. It improved a lot. I didn’t feel inflamed or swollen.
I never imagined I would be one of those people who exercise, but when I started losing weight I wanted to do something to have more energy.
First I started walking, then running. It was an incredible achievement because I managed to travel 5 kilometers without getting tired.
The difference is enormous. I feel like another person. It changed not only physically, but also emotionally. Losing weight was like a soul healing. Everything is connected.
Seeing myself thinner, I began to love myself, it gave me a security that I had not felt for years. My family and friends told me about the difference in my mood. I became a happier and more confident person. The change in me is incredible. It’s a feeling I never want to lose.
The emotional change in me is the best thing that Cambridge Weight Plan has left me. The security he gave me was something I wouldn’t change for anything.
Cambridge definitely helped me set a goal and achieve it.
